The Healthcare Clinic Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of a healthcare clinic. Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and supervise clinic staff to ensure a high-performance team environment.
  • Coordinate patient care services ensuring a seamless experience for all clinic patients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or a related field required.
  • Proven experience in a healthcare management role for at least 3 years.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to handle budget management and financial oversight of clinic operations.
  • Proficiency in healthcare information systems and technology applications.
