Location: Dubai

Salary: AED 60,000 – 90,000 p/m

Our client is looking for an experienced and hands-on Head of Brand who has worked for a top local player in the Middle East. This is an in-house role, where the successful candidate will work across all divisions of the business to ensure brand consistency, impact, and growth.

This is currently a standalone position, but the successful candidate will be expected to build and lead a team in time, driving the brand function through a period of significant expansion and transformation.

Candidates must already be based in the region to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead brand development and execution across multiple business divisions
• Ensure brand initiatives are delivered in-house as much as possible, maintaining control and quality
• Partner with leadership on transformation and expansion initiatives
• Build and manage a high-performing brand team as the function scales

About you:

• Degree educated with 10+ years of brand / marketing experience
• Proven track record working for a leading local player in the Middle East
• Background in fast-growing, multi-channel businesses
• Ideally in-house background
• Strong focus on hands-on execution with the ability to deliver results
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong numeracy skills
• Polished and articulate communicator
• Must be currently based in the Middle East region
• Transformation experience is a strong plus
