We are currently recruiting for a Head-Construction Services to join our Manpower Solutions team in our Headquarters, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Free Zone.

Scope:


Head-Construction Services oversees the strategic direction, development and delivery of the business unit tailored to meet its clients' ever-evolving needs. The role has full profit and loss responsibility and reports into the Director of Manpower Services for the Group. The Head of Construction plays a key role in driving revenue growth, enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The role is also responsible for overseeing all commercial management and amendments for its entire customer portfolio. The role's remit is UAE wide and requires consistent collaboration with multiple support service business units to ensure that a workforce of 11,000 is managed and deployed in the most efficient manner possible.

Responsibilities:


Financial

  • Responsible for an annual revenue budget
  • Optimize cost allocation and resource utilization by continuously improving operational efficiencies.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to identify new business opportunities, cultivate client relationships that lead to revenue and profit growth.

Customer

  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with clients, understanding project requirements and providing efficient solutions to meet their and in return their customers deadlines.
  • Resolve staff issues together with relevant departments, including salary discrepancies, emergency leave, reallocation of staff to other contracts, accidents.
  • Collaborate effectively with operational and support business units within the group to ensure optimum service delivery for customers. The business units include Sales, Marketing, Legal, Commercial, Finance, Procurement, Payroll, Billing, Human Resources, Leadership, Transport, Accommodation, Demand Planning, Recruitment, Health and Safety and Transformation.
  • Be the primary POC between Transguard and its customers with regards to any payment plans and settlement agreements

Process

  • Responsible and accountable for client Service Level Agreement (SLA)/Key Performance Indicators (KPI) performance
  • Plan mobilization of staff according to agreed timescales with the client and proactive management of off hires
  • Optimizing Recruitment and Onboarding process to deliver solutions of a high standard in the best available time.
  • Establish key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of solutions delivered to customers.
  • Develop and implement BU strategies that will lead to the success of the business financially.

Innovation

  • Oversee and steer continuous improvement opportunities across the business and use lean sig sigma training and skills to enhance profitability and process across the group.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements without compromising on quality and customer service.


Selection Criteria

  • 5-6 years’ experience in an outsourcing company or similar largescale MNC
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of market dynamics, client needs and industry trends.
  • Excellent computer and reporting skills
  • Should have a strong understanding of manpower operations with a detailed knowledge of mobilization, recruitment, sales, human resources, and financial planning
  • Excellent commercial awareness and ability to lead sales initiatives and deliver complex manpower and managed solutions
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and deliver exceptional results
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business plans, drive revenue growth, and build long-term client relationships
  • Fluency in English is required
