Job Description

We are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Specialist - Dynamics 365 Technical to join our team and contribute to a critical project for one of our esteemed clients. This role requires extensive hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) modules and the comprehensive Microsoft Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities

As a key technical contributor for our client, you will:

  • Technical Design & Development: Lead the technical design and development of robust solutions across Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules).
  • Power Apps Development: Build and customize both model-driven and canvas Power Apps to meet client requirements.
  • Power Pages Management: Develop and manage Power Pages (formerly Power Apps Portals), ensuring secure and effective external interactions.
  • Workflow Automation: Design and implement efficient workflows using Power Automate (Cloud Flows, Business Process Flows).
  • Power Platform Administration: Manage environments, solutions, and security roles effectively via the Power Platform Admin Center.
  • D365 CE Extension: Customize and extend Dynamics 365 CE functionalities utilizing JavaScript, Plugins (C#), Custom Workflows, and Web Resources.
  • System Integration: Integrate Dynamics 365 with various other systems leveraging Power Automate, Dataverse, and REST APIs.
  • Solution Lifecycle Participation: Actively participate in requirement analysis, solution architecture definition, and comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and end-users to accurately translate complex business requirements into scalable and high-performance technical solutions.
  • DevOps & ALM Adherence: Strictly adhere to Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) best practices, utilizing Azure DevOps for seamless deployments and robust version control.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 7+ years of dedicated experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
  • Strong Technical Expertise in:
  • Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules.
  • Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven applications).
  • Power Automate – demonstrated ability to design and implement complex workflows and process automations.
  • Power Pages – proficiency in customization, integrations, and security configurations.
  • Power Platform Administration – experience managing environments, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, and permissions.

Proficiency In Programming & Data

  • C# for plugin and custom workflow development.
  • JavaScript for front-end customizations within Dynamics 365.
  • Dataverse schema and data modeling.

Integration & DevOps Knowledge

  • Familiarity with Azure services, custom connectors, and various integration patterns.
  • Proven experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and solution management using Azure DevOps.

Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Certifications are highly valued, including:
  • PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect)
  • PL-400 (Power Platform Developer)
  • MB-210 (Dynamics 365 Sales)
  • MB-220 (Dynamics 365 Marketing)
  • MB-230 (Dynamics 365 Customer Service)
  • Experience working effectively within Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and various business stakeholders.
