Job Title: Graphic Designer



Key Responsibilities

:• Design and produce high-quality marketing materials across print, digital, social media, and event platforms while maintaining brand consistency and visual appea

l• Create visually engaging assets such as brochures, flyers, posters, advertisements, banners, social media graphics, emailers, presentations, and web visual

s• Translate briefs into clear and effective design solutions, balancing creativity with marketing objective

s• Manage the full design process — from concept development, visual exploration, and layout design to final artwork preparation and production deliver

y• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and leadership teams to align design output with campaign goals, tone of voice, and brand messagin

g• Repurpose and adapt existing visuals for different channels while ensuring alignment with content objectives and technical specification

s• Maintain and regularly update brand templates, style guides, and visual asset librarie

s• Liaise with external vendors such as printers, photographers, and signage fabricators to ensure high-quality final productio

n• Stay informed on emerging trends in graphic design, digital content formats, and marketing communication

s• Ensure accessibility and responsiveness of digital design materials for web, mobile, and email platform

s• Curate and manage an internal repository of images, icons, templates, fonts, and campaign archive

s• Enhance visual storytelling through photography — including editing and retouching images for internal and external us

e• Contribute to campaign development by capturing and editing short-form video content for reels, event coverage, interviews, or promotional us

e• Create simple motion graphics and animations (GIFs, animated posts, video overlays) using After Effects or similar tools to boost engagement on social platform

s• Where applicable, support the team in experimenting with AI-based creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, RunwayML, Adobe Firefly) to elevate output efficiency and innovatio

Skills & Experienc

e:• 6–7 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer in a professional, fast-paced environment (agency or in-hous

e)• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro, and Media Encod

er• Working knowledge of motion design and video editing tools — such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Canva vid

eo• Familiarity with collaborative and cloud-based design platforms like Figma or Adobe Expre

ss• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design formats for web or email is a pl

us• Exposure to AI-based creative tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms preferr

ed• Solid grasp of layout, color theory, typography, and branding principl

es• Ability to handle multiple projects with excellent attention to detail and on-time delive

ry• Comfortable working across both Windows and Mac operating syste
