Freelance Web Developer

An experienced web developer is required to carry out targeted fixes and improvements to an existing website. The work includes front-end visual and layout adjustments, removal or updating of outdated content and features, back-end code clean-up, and performance enhancements. All changes must be functional, efficient, and visually consistent. This is not a full rebuild but a focused refinement project, requiring a developer who can handle both design and technical aspects with precision. The role is in-person, based in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and database management
• Skilled with common CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and/or custom-built systems
• Proven track record of delivering clean, maintainable code and visually polished results
• Strong attention to detail for both functional and aesthetic changes
• Ability to clearly explain technical solutions and collaborate effectively
• Portfolio showcasing recent projects demonstrating both design and technical skill
• Must be available to work in-person in Chiang Mai, Thailand
• Commitment to high-quality work without cutting corners
