Job Description

As a Financial Planning Manager, you will play a key role in facilitating the financial success of our organization through strategic planning, analysis, and forecasting. Your responsibilities will include developing comprehensive financial models, conducting variance analysis, and providing insights to senior management to support decision-making. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment between financial goals and operational activities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial planning and analysis, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner. A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience preferred. Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor financial planning strategies, policies, and procedures to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to senior management in decision-making processes.
  • Ensure alignment of financial plans with overall business strategies and objectives.
  • Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage budgeting process and review financial performance against targets.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial outcomes and drive performance improvements.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
  • Stay updated on financial regulations, market trends, and best practices in financial planning.
  • Lead a team of financial analysts and professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to enhance their skills and performance.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
  • Professional certification such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of investments, taxation, retirement planning, and risk management.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
