Job Description
The Finance Data and Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, developing financial models, and maintaining financial systems. They will ensure data accuracy and integrity, identify trends and patterns, and support financial decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support financial planning and analysis.
- Create and automate financial reports and dashboards using financial systems.
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of financial data in the systems.
- Provide support in financial system implementations and upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze financial data.
- Identify process improvements and make recommendations for efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide training and support to finance teams on financial systems and processes.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of financial reports to management.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest finance technology and software.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a financial analyst or similar role.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting.
- Proficiency in financial systems and software.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
