Job Description
The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization. They monitor cash flow, prepare financial statements, and provide financial analysis and recommendations to management. The Finance Manager also plays a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage the organization's financial and accounting processes.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Forecast future financial trends and provide recommendations to management.
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and control functions.
- Monitor cash flow and manage working capital.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate and collaborate with external auditors.
- Provide financial analysis and support to operational teams.
- Train and supervise finance team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial management.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
