Location: London, Dubai, Amsterdam or Málaga.

We are seeking a well experienced, energetic, motivated, Field Engagement Marketing lead (FEMA), to join our EMEA Region FEMA, HeatWave & ISV Technology team. The position can be based in Dubai, Malaga, Amsterdam or London.

This role will be part of EMEA FEMA team and will be working closely with EMEA Regional HeatWave (HW) and ISV Leaders, as well with local Field sales, Business Development Representatives, Presales regional teams, Field local and regional Marketing, to design, plan and execute demand generation & sales initiatives, as to deliver on the HeatWave & ISVs pipeline growth plans, goals and win revenues.

The EMEA FEMA HW & ISV lead will support the GTM Strategies of HeatWave and ISV’s Sales Leaders. Key role responsibilities: Proven experience in EMEA regions, identifying proactively the pipeline gaps, suggesting corrective actions, planning and executing demand generation/ sales initiatives, monitoring the ROI of the activities and results, through strong governance and reporting. He/she needs to orchestrate and secure that all Oracle engines (local and regional Field HW, ISVs sales, Business Development Representatives, Presales, HeatWave Global teams) are aligned on the HW & ISVs Strategy and Goals, as to effectively deliver the regional plans with high quality and strong results.

The successful candidate should have strong expertise and proven record in Strategic Planning Marketing/ Digital / Demand Generation and Execution, with direct Field sales teams, Partners, and ISVs as: Digital Strategies, C-level Executive events, workshops, Account Planning and ABM focused activities, strong in pipeline management, and ability to work in matrix organizations. The candidate should bring a high level of energy to inspire the Field Tech local teams, to have proven record on Executive Stakeholder Management, as to become their trusted advisor, as well a strong ability to get stakeholders buy-in and support.

What You’ll Bring

  • +15 years of GTM Strategy, Demand Generation/Marketing, planning and execution proven record, in EMEA regions.
  • Strong analytical, organizational skills, attention to the details, ability to drive planning and execution excellence, programmatically and with results.
  • Experience on lead management, Pipeline management process and reporting tools.
  • Proven record of working in a matrix role, with various stakeholders.
  • Self-Motivated, able to roll up the sleeves, invent the approach and make the work done.
  • Proficiency in English is a must. Any other regional language, it will be a plus.


Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

  • Be the FEMA trusted GTM advisor of the EMEA HW & ISV s Leadership and Sales management.
  • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Oracle Cloud Technology, as to build and execute strong demand generation plans/sales initiatives.
  • Deliver on EMEA HW & ISVs business goals, by building & executing GTM plans for all phases of the customer lifecycle, creating awareness, consideration, engagement, and pipeline progression activities.
  • Proven record of strategic planning and execution of integrated demand generation campaigns, including Digital, C-Level events, Executive RT and Account Base activities, 3 rd party events, pipeline and lead management, as to deliver the annual HW & ISVs pipeline and win revenue targets, in a tight collaboration EMEA HW & ISVs leadership, FEMA teams, Marketing and Field Sales Local and regional tech teams and Business Development Representatives and Presales.
  • Proactive, operational excellence of Demand generation activities with upfront target expectations agreements with management/ Compliance/ local FEMA and Regional and local Marketing teams, conducting regular business reviews to monitor and track of the ROI with EMEA HW & ISVs Leadership, Local Sales management, Business Development Representatives and FEMA stakeholders.
