What Youll Do

As An Associate Director Within BCGs Climate And Sustainability Practice Area, You Will Be a Core Member Of Our Practice Working Alongside Some Of The World’s Top Minds In Industry Shaping The Climate Agenda Across Our Climate & Sustainability Practice. You Will Collaborate On Challenging Projects With Team Members From Many Backgrounds, Advising Clients On a Variety Of Topics, Including

• You will support Metals & Mining clients on multiple topics such as ESG Strategy, Decarbonization, Net Zero Strategy & Sustainable Operations.
• Climate Strategy: Setting climate ambition, identifying new opportunities, and defining a roadmap for successful execution to net-zero strategies and emission measuring.
• Execute or provide expertise on Climate & Sustainability projects for our key Metal & Mining clients across the Middle East region.
• While contributing to client cases, workshops and proposals, you will occasionally travel to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments to understand client requirements, and design / develop solutions.
  
  

What Youll Bring

• 10+ years relevant work experience of combined consulting and industry experience.
• Proven track record in Sustainability projects in Metals & Mining sector.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management and leadership to provide proficiency in prioritizing and balancing multiple project demands.
• Excellent analytical, and strategic thinking abilities to develop transformative solutions.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to engage and align cross-functional teams.
• Adept at relationship building and client management across various levels.
• Commitment to inclusivity, developing others and creating an environment of mutual trust and respect.
