Job Description

The Executive – Education and Performance Management Operations is responsible for supporting the implementation and monitoring of educational programs and performance management systems within the organization. This role involves coordinating training initiatives, ensuring compliance with organizational goals, managing evaluation metrics, and facilitating employee development activities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, process-driven, and passionate about enabling organizational growth through continuous learning and performance enhancement.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and administer internal education and performance management initiatives.

  • Maintain accurate records of employee training, certifications, and learning milestones.

  • Assist in the development and scheduling of training programs and workshops.

  • Monitor performance appraisal cycles and ensure adherence to timelines.

  • Support data collection and reporting for learning and performance metrics.

  • Liaise with department heads to assess training needs and performance gaps.

  • Prepare documentation, presentations, and communications related to HR development.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and HR frameworks.

  • Assist in implementing learning management systems and performance tools.

  • Continuously assess and improve operational workflows in training and performance processes.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, L&D, or performance management.

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems.

  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and performance tools.

  • Attention to detail with strong documentation and reporting abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity.

  • Strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
