Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, scheduling internal and external meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, review, and edit documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence for the CEO.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure the CEO is fully prepared for meetings, events, and deadlines.
  • Assist in the coordination of board meetings, preparing agendas, presentations, and taking minutes when required.
  • Screen and respond to emails and other forms of communication on behalf of the CEO.
  • Handle personal errands, including managing personal appointments, reservations, and travel arrangements for the CEO and family members.
  • Organize and manage household matters, including scheduling maintenance appointments, coordinating staff, and handling other personal logistics.
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of personal events, vacations, and family schedules.
  • Maintain an organized system for personal and professional files, ensuring easy access when needed.
  • Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, itineraries, and visas.
  • Handle logistics for both business and personal events, ensuring all details are managed efficiently.
  • Travel support and help with event organization (teambuilding and etc).

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role in a fast-scaling start-up.
  • Experience in the iGaming/Gambling/Betting industry is a must-have requirement
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information.
  • A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
