About the Client
A US-based founder-led luxury watch and fine jewelry reseller operating across eBay, Chrono, and other marketplaces. They run lean, move quickly, and prioritize clean, consistent branding and accurate, real-time inventory. The business leverages custom tools to surface buy opportunities and values assistants who can learn proprietary processes fast.

Why does this role exist?
The client needs an Executive Assistant with strong watch/jewelry fluency to take over inventory management, invoicing, and multi-platform listings so the founder can focus on closing transactions. Current assistants lack domain-specific expertise, resulting in the founder handling operational tasks personally. This role exists to bring rigor, speed, and brand consistency to listings and images while operationalizing internal tools that identify profitable buys.

The Impact you’ll make

Inventory, Invoicing, and WatchTrack Management
  • Maintain accurate inventory status and product details in WatchTrack
  • Prepare and send invoices; reconcile updates post-sale
  • Keep website inventory current and aligned with marketplace availability
Marketplace Listings and Brand Consistency
  • Create, optimize, and publish listings on eBay, Chrono, and other marketplaces
  • Clean/retouch product images and apply the PNG brand logo consistently
  • Follow marketplace best practices for titles, descriptions, pricing, and variations
Lead Sourcing and Pricing Comparison
  • Review scraped listings from WhatsApp/Facebook via the client’s tools
  • Compare against pricing targets to identify good buy opportunities
  • Flag qualified leads promptly with supporting notes and screenshots
Operations and Process Enablement
  • Learn and apply internal scraping/comparison workflows and SOPs
  • Document steps, exceptions, and updates to ensure repeatability
  • Coordinate updates with the client via text/email; keep tasks moving to completion
Quality Control and Speed
  • Double-check data accuracy in listings, pricing, and SKU mapping
  • Uphold image quality and branding standards across all platforms
  • Turn around tasks quickly within the daily collaboration window

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:
  • Hands-on experience in jewelry and/or high-end watches with working knowledge of brand, model, and condition terminology
  • Marketplace listing experience on eBay and/or Chrono, including pricing and optimization
  • Proficiency with WatchTrack or a similar inventory/invoicing system
  • Basic photo editing skills (cleanup, background/lighting adjustments, adding PNG logos)
  • Proven attention to detail with accurate data entry and consistency across platforms
  • WFH Set-Up:
    • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
    • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
    • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
    • Back-up computer and internet connection
    • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
Your Superpowers:
  • Technical: WatchTrack (or similar), eBay/Chrono listing workflows, basic image editing tools, fast learner of proprietary scraping/comparison tools
  • Domain: Familiarity with luxury watch brands (Rolex/AP preferred), jewelry terminology, condition grading, authentication basics
  • Operational: Process-oriented, highly organized, reliable follow-through, strong quality control
  • Communication: Clear written communication; comfortable coordinating via text/email; concise status updates
  • Personal: Detail-obsessed, proactive, resourceful, able to work independently and move fast without sacrificing accuracy

What to expect...


Work Setup:
  • Remote position
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system
Working Hours:
  • 20 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm (Central Time)
Compensation:
  • $6 per hour
  • No benefits package included
