ESL Teacher - Dubai

About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and highly qualified English Language Teachers to join our growing team. This position involves teaching both at our learning center and through in-home sessions. The ideal candidate will have native-level English fluency, recognized teaching certifications, and a passion for delivering engaging lessons to diverse learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality English language lessons in both center-based and home-based settings.
  
• Design and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to students’ needs and proficiency levels.
  
• Support students in achieving their language goals (IELTS, General English, conversational skills, Business English etc.).
  
• Manage classroom dynamics effectively and create a positive learning environment.
  
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
  
• Collaborate with colleagues and the academic team to ensure consistent teaching standards.
  
• Be available for late shift (12:00 PM – 9:00 PM) as required.
