Job Description

As an ERP Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the business forward by leveraging your expertise in selling enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions. You will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, understanding their business needs, and demonstrating how ERP systems can streamline their operations and facilitate growth. Combining your in-depth knowledge of ERP products with consultative sales techniques, you will cultivate long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and securing ongoing partnerships. Your role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure the delivery of tailored solutions and exceptional service. With a strong focus on achieving sales targets, you will lead efforts to expand market share while setting new standards for customer engagement and satisfaction within the ERP sector.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve ERP sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue potential clients in diverse industry sectors for ERP solutions.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' ERP requirements.
  • Coordinate product demonstrations to showcase ERP features and benefits to prospects.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster customer loyalty and retention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and create promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction and compliance with terms.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in ERP technology and competitive landscape.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams based on market needs and client input.
  • Lead and mentor junior sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field required.
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly with ERP solutions, is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and their application in various industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and propose tailored ERP solutions effectively.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win agreements.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
