Job Description

An ERP Implementation Engineer plays a critical role in modern businesses by navigating the complex landscape of Enterprise Resource Planning systems. Their key responsibilities include designing, configuring, testing, and implementing ERP solutions that align with organizational needs and goals. Responsibilities

  • Configure ERP software to align with company processes and requirements.
  • Collaborate with IT specialists to integrate external systems with the ERP solution.
  • Develop detailed project plans and ensure timely delivery of ERP implementations.
  • Conduct testing to ensure ERP system functions align perfectly with business needs.
  • Train staff and end-users to proficiently use new ERP functionalities.
  • Document all changes and configurations made within the ERP system.
  • Provide continuous support and troubleshooting for any ERP-related issues.
  • Work with vendors and consultants to resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Regularly update systems in line with new upgrades or business expansion.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations in ERP configurations.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience with ERP implementation, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of various ERP platforms, tools, and technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a knack for process optimization.
  • Effective communication skills required to collaborate with non-technical teams.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and meet critical deadlines consistently.
  • Knowledge of programming languages and system integration techniques.
