Enterprise Applications Support Analyst Oracle Fusion

About The Role

The Enterprise Applications Support Analyst delivers technical support for business-critical applications, ensuring their stability, performance, and seamless user experience. Serving as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, they translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights. This is a global remote position, with occasional travel as required.

Key responsibilities include troubleshooting application issues, monitoring system performance, and contributing to knowledge management and documentation. The primary support focus will be Oracle Fusion, though will have some exposure to other applications such as Salesforce.

This exciting and fast paced role is part of a wider Group IT function delivering new technology and business change to a global enterprise and supporting its daily operations. Collaborating with people around the world and engaging with teams of different disciplines, you will be a key member of the team and help to influence our global delivery and support as well as engage with business analysts, technical teams, and our business users.

About You

• Experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud is essential - multiple module knowledge is required
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Knowledge of Force.com is advantageous but not required
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with employees at all levels
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
• Highly visible with a positive attitude and focus on customer service
• Excellent ability to manage multiple competing priorities and flexibility to adjust to changing requirements
• ITIL knowledge is beneficial
• Ability to quickly grasp and explain technological and business concepts
• Result driven mindset: drive & energy to perform and deliver excellent results
