For our Road Logistics division in Belgium, we are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Dispatcher to manage the daily dispatching of Full Truckload (FTL) and Less than Truckload (LTL) shipments. In this role, you ensure smooth execution of all transport movements across our network, including groupage and cross dock activities. Through precise coordination, clear communication, and operational insight, you help maintain the reliability and service quality our customers depend on.

How you create impact

• Execute and coordinate daily dispatching of FTL and LTL shipments
• Assign vehicles and drivers according to planning schedules and operational needs
• Monitor transport execution and proactively resolve issues as they arise
• Communicate effectively with drivers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Ensure accurate documentation and up-to-date shipment information
• Support seamless cooperation between planning, operations, and customer service
  
  

What we would like you to bring

• Secondary or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transport Management, or equivalent experience
• First experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in Customer Service, Dispatching or Transport Coordination
• Experience with transport management like RoadLog systems is an advantage
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Team-oriented mindset with high attention to detail
• Fluency in Dutch and English; French or German is a plus
