Job Description

The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in the promotion of a company’s products or services on digital channels. This individual will be responsible for the development, implementation, tracking, and optimization of our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. Working closely with the marketing team, the Digital Marketing Specialist devises strategies to drive online traffic to the company website, using tactics such as search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC), social media marketing, and content marketing. The goal is to increase brand awareness, improve search engine rankings, and ultimately boost online visibility and income through orchestrated marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a knack for technology, data analysis, and innovation in driving business growth through digital marketing avenues.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Manage social media presence and direct advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
  • Optimize content for the website and social media platforms utilizing SEO best practices.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to create marketing strategies for the launch of new products or services.
  • Analyze marketing data to understand the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make necessary adjustments.
  • Develop email campaigns with targeted brand messaging to engage customers and prospects.
  • Create and manage PPC campaigns across various platforms to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with designers to improve user experience and sales through design enhancements.
  • Manage the marketing calendar with a focus on executing brand promotions and special events.
  • Track the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Prepare regular reports and present findings to the marketing team and management.
  • Conduct audience research to better understand customer needs and segmentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field preferred for this role.
  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, PPC, and content marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics is vital.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking are crucial.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and software, including CRM and content management systems.
