Design Specialist - UAE National

Role Overview

As a Design Specialist, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and crafting visually engaging designs for diverse digital and print collateral. As part of our Specialized Sports Equipment team in Dubai, youll work in an ONSITE environment that encourages innovation and close collaboration. Your focus will be on developing creative visual materials that bring ideas to life, ensure brand consistency, and support various marketing and communication initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design visual content for platforms including social media, web banners, advertisements, POS materials, branding, leaflets, newsletters, event invites, and annual magazines.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and business teams to develop creative concepts that effectively communicate key messages.
• Create and edit videos suitable for social media channels and corporate events.
• Produce quarterly newsletters and annual magazines based on inputs from internal stakeholders.
• Continuously stay updated on current design trends, tools, and techniques to achieve creative excellence.
• Ensure brand guidelines, consistency, and high visual quality across all deliverables and projects.
  
  

• UAE National (mandatory)
• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a closely related field.
• 1–4 years of proven professional experience in a graphic design or creative role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) and Canva.
• Strong creativity and visual storytelling abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and effective time management skills.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Robust portfolio demonstrating versatility and creativity in design projects.
