As a Data Entry Operator in the Front Office, your primary responsibility is to promptly send passport information of arriving hotel guests to the Police Department via email. This crucial task contributes to maintaining compliance and ensuring the smooth processing of guest information.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Update details of all in-house guests and events in the hotel on the Police computer.
• Ensure accurate passport scanning by Front Desk colleagues, promptly reporting any errors to your manager.
• Timely update of information, minimizing backlog at the Front Desk.
• Input details into the Police computer with precision, adhering to established standards by the Police (CID) Department.
• Verify and reconcile guest counts between the police system and Opera PMS, promptly resolving any discrepancies.
• Maintain organized filing of documents.
• Provide courteous and prompt service when handling guest requests and complaints.
• Develop a comprehensive knowledge of room rates, locations, and types.
• Maintain a clean and pleasant appearance, reflecting a positive image to guests.
• Attend daily briefings, offering feedback on the shift’s occurrences.
• Participate in regular departmental meetings, contributing to the improvement of departmental operations and guest services.
• Assist the Front Desk as needed.
• Deliver prompt, courteous, and efficient service to guests throughout their stay, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Conduct in-room and hotel familiarization, assisting guests with inquiries and requests related to hotel activities.
• Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in alignment with organizational policies.
• Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
