A Day in the Life

As the Data & Analytics Manager for MENA, you’ll be at the forefront of driving data transformation and analytics excellence across the region. Reporting to the CIO, MENA, and working in a matrix with the Senior Manager – Demand & Delivery (NA & SAPMENA), you’ll act as a proactive business partner, bridging the gap between IT and business teams. Based in Dubai, UAE, you’ll lead the charge in delivering cutting-edge data solutions for North Asia and SAPMENA.

Here’s What Your Day-to-day Might Look Like

  • Strategic Partnering: Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for data transformation in MENA, engaging with business and IT leadership to define and prioritize requirements.
  • Program Leadership: Plan, organize, and manage resources to deliver data & analytics projects within defined standards, deadlines, and quality benchmarks.
  • Solution Design: Ensure consistency and coherence in designed solutions, coordinating deliverables across teams.
  • Change Management: Lead training, user support, and communication to ensure seamless adoption of new systems.
  • Risk Management: Track program risks, implement corrective measures, and make trade-offs to achieve objectives.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Manage vendor partner relationships and offshore delivery models to ensure successful outcomes.

We Are Looking For

You’ll Thrive In This Role If You Have

  • Experience: 4+ years preferably in FMCG data management, e-commerce, or D2C environments.
  • Techno-Functional Expertise: Strong knowledge of data, BI & analytics technologies (data warehouses, marts, big data platforms, reporting & visualization).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Cloud engineering, Power BI visualization, and AI/Gen-AI (Python preferred).
  • Agile Mindset: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and documenting business requirements.
  • Cloud Proficiency: Working knowledge of PaaS, particularly Google Cloud Platform.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to engage with business and IT leadership teams in a multicultural environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Self-initiated, adaptable, and able to lead through ambiguity and crisis situations.
  • Preferred: Certifications in Google Cloud Platform, Scrum, or PMI.
