Due to growth, we are seeking a highly-organised, self-motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Manager with experience of knowledge of Architecture/ Construction or Real Estate to work with our customers as first point of contact.

The Customer Success Manager Will

  • Visit key clients and represent the company at local events. Host meetings, facilitate demos and technical workshops. Able to grow our business by spotting potential for expanding customer engagements.
  • Act as a first responder for customer inquiries. You will be highly client focused, able to problem solve, often feeling like an extension of the customer’s team, able to quickly understand issues and effectively coordinate solutions.
  • Be responsible for writing successful proposals
  • Drive efficiency and speed in the proposal process. We have set KPIs in place for turnaround- for example drafting the majority of a proposal the day after an inquiry, final proposal completed within 48 hours.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Whilst you should have experience in dealing with customers we are also looking for someone with a background in the AEC industry from working in property sales or for developers. Equally important is experience in property creative media production.
  • You will be hands-on in person, highly proactive and responsive when dealing with customer communications as the first point of contact.
  • You must be based in the UAE, fluent in English (Arabic a massive plus point) and will ideally have experience with AEC tools like SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or Esri.

We are not seeking an outbound, target-driven sales person. If you are a switched-on person with strong people skills who can understand customer relationships, internal politics, and blockers to project approval and deliveries, we'd love to hear from you!
