Fit Out Engineer

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Site Engineer to manage interior fit-out project and ensure efficiency. Preferably with more than 5 years of experience with strong involvement on residential and commercial fit-out projects and managing skilled people. Candidates with at least G+1 DM certificate and SOE membership is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

* Report to the Operations Manager and to the CEO daily updates.

* Manage communication between all parties (Client/Owners/Representatives/Local Authorities and Sub-Contractors)

* Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.

* Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.

* Ensure site complies within guidelines of health and safety and security.

* Liaise with sub-contractors to ensure smooth completion of tasks and adherence to site regulations - as required.

* Quality Control of work done at site.

* Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with financial, operational, and scheduling requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Architect or related fields of study a must. Any Nationality is welcome

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
