A Counter Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in driving retail sales and enhancing customer service at the sales counter. This position is crucial for the success of retail operations, as it involves direct interaction with customers and the handling of sales transactions. The Counter Sales Executive is responsible for greeting customers, understanding their needs, assisting them in finding products, and completing sales processes smoothly. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required for this position.
  • Previous experience in retail or sales is highly desirable and beneficial.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective customer interaction.
  • Strong knowledge of products or services typically found in a retail setting.
  • Proficiency in operating cash registers and handling financial transactions accurately.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • A positive attitude and enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service.
