• Foster a consistent approach to cost management across multiple departments or project teams.
• Oversee the maintenance and improvement of cost control databases and systems.
• Liaise with procurement teams to negotiate cost-effective contracts with reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Train and mentor junior staff in cost control and financial analysis methodologies.
• Evaluate financial data and trends to guide strategic planning and budgeting processes.
• Maintain compliance with financial regulations and enhance internal cost control policies.
• Lead financial risk assessments and implement procedures to mitigate potential impacts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in cost management or financial analysis.
• Strong proficiency in financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven track record in managing budgets for large-scale projects successfully.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for stakeholder engagement.
• Professional certification such as CCA, CPA, or CMA is highly desirable.
