Civil Engineering Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and executing civil engineering projects, with strong knowledge of local construction regulations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other professionals on site.
• Ensure projects comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Prepare reports, proposals, and cost estimates.
• Monitor project progress and prepare site reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE or GCC region.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• UAE driving license.
• Experience in infrastructure or high-rise construction projects.
