What Youll Do

  • Ensuring revenue and sales growth is being continuously maximized.
  • Identify and building new relationships with key people and decision makers within the HVAC market.
  • Developing strategic opportunities that are unique to Belimo and articulating that into a value proposition.
  • Becoming a product expert within the business as well as providing product knowledge across the business.
  • Delivering alignment to opportunities by collaborating with internal stakeholders.
  • Managing the workload while using the CRM system. Update CRM regularly with new data and information from the market.
  • Representing and promoting Belimo products at all trade events, industry functions and consumer exhibitions.
  • Collaborate with the Division and Sales Managers to develop agreed upon territories growth plans, focusing on key initiatives with target End Users, FM companies, MEP Contractors, Control companies, ministries, and local industry organizations.
  • Initiate new plans and strategies to help in specifying Belimo products (Valves, Actuators and Sensors) with Consultants and Clients.
  • Establishing Belimo as the preferred (or “Standard”) valve, actuator and sensor product.
  • Collaborate with the Division Manager on specific account management plans for each customer.
  • Initiate and develop long-term relationships with key personnel at target groups, as defined by those account management plans.
  • Conduct regular reviews to measure progress towards achievement of goals and objectives and adjust activities accordingly.
  • Leverage Belimo training offerings by developing and implementing training programs (in person, online, self-study) to elevate the confidence and knowledge of the overall customer groups. Training is a key differentiator.
  • Work with stakeholders to improve building efficiency and promote Belimo’s product offerings.
  • Establish growth strategy to target key market segments such as data centers, Health Care, Education and Institutional facilities.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and guidance to customers and projects.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs and industry trends.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the contracting and MEP sectors across the UAE.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and facility management companies.
  • Promote Belimo’s product portfolio (actuators, valves, sensors, and energy valves) through technical presentations, site visits, and demonstrations.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets, profitability goals, and market share objectives.
  • Prepare and present commercial offers, tenders, and project quotations in coordination with internal teams.
  • Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to clients, ensuring optimal selection, sizing, and integration of Belimo products.
  • Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to recommend suitable product solutions.
  • Assist consultants in product selection and specification inclusion for new projects.
  • Coordinate with internal logistics and technical teams for order execution, delivery follow-up, and after-sales support.
  • Conduct product training sessions, workshops, and technical seminars for key clients and partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies within the contracting segment.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, project tracking reports, and CRM updates (via SAP portals).
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events to enhance Belimo’s market visibility.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or related field).
  • Additional certifications in HVAC, Building Automation, or Energy Management are advantageous.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the HVAC or building automation sector, preferably with a multinational or contracting-focused organization.
  • Proven track record of managing MEP contractors and handling project-based sales.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, control valves, damper actuators, and sensor applications.
  • Familiarity with BMS integration and energy-efficient building solutions.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), CRM tools, and SAP environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multicultural environment.
  • Based in Dubai with regular travel within UAE for client meetings and site visits.
  • With UAE Driving license and own car
