Key Responsibilities

Contracts

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Identify, assess, and escalate risks on liabilities, indemnities, warranties, IP, payment terms, and termination.
• Support Sales and Procurement teams in closing deals by providing contract risk analysis and alternative positions.
• Maintain contract records, track renewals, expirations, and ensure smooth execution processes.
• Assist in developing and updating standard templates and clause libraries.
  
  

• Review and complete customer/vendor compliance documents.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR, IT, Finance, Admin) to collect information for compliance submissions.
• Ensure consistency of compliance responses with company policies and legal obligations.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
• 2+ years of PQE in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
• Familiarity with compliance documentation (COC, SCC, supplier forms) is an advantage.
• Strong English drafting and negotiation skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple contracts simultaneously.
• Tech/IT sector experience preferred but not mandatory.
