As a Consultant PICU, you will be working in one of Dubais top hospitals, known for its state-of-the-art facilities and dedicated medical team. You will be responsible for providing expert medical care to critically ill pediatric patients, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for your patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality and comprehensive care to patients in the PICU unit
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as needed
• Consult and collaborate with other medical specialists to develop and implement treatment plans
• Oversee and supervise junior medical staff, providing guidance and support as needed
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
• Participate in education and training programs for medical staff and students
• Adhere to professional standards, hospital policies, and ethical guidelines in all aspects of work
  
  

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree or equivalent from an accredited university
• Board certification in Pediatric Intensive Care or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in PICU, preferably in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work well with a multidisciplinary team
• The candidate must have received Western training or education.
