Job Description
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job advertisement to onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Utilise various sourcing methods to attract high-calibre candidates.
Maintain a strong talent pipeline to support future hiring demands.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during the hiring process.
Analyse recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the recruitment team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Talent Acquisition Manager should have:
Experience in talent acquisition within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
