About The Role

We are searching for a passionate Clerk to join our Cost Audit team! You will ensure the completeness and accuracy of all inventory type costs in a timely manner, which includes Food & Beverage, operating supplies and Resort operated retail.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Participate in monthly inventories, in conjunction with other departments, test-check counts, update the accounting system.
• Participate in the banquets function with the Corkage fee to make sure all the spirits which involved corkage fees are recorded, charged, and returned as per the Resort policy.
• Conduct inventory spot check and highlight any variances to the respective department
• Monitor the inventory levels throughout the stores, in pantries, on the floors etc. and highlight areas of apparent excess
• Use initiative to query and follow through on unusual transactions and undertake other audit techniques to assist with verifying the completeness and accuracy of the costs
• Ensure all records are appropriately filed for ease of future reference, tidiness and for audit purposes, and utilize electronic storage as much as possible taking into consideration all relevant Government Regulations
  
  

About You

You should possess relevant experience and a strong interest in Cost Audit. We are also looking for:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
• Extensive experience working with Microsoft Office tools
• Strong organizational skills and managing demanding deadlines
• Good command of spoken and written English
