Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and oversee construction and infrastructure projects from start to finish.
• Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, and other topographical data for civil projects.
• Ensure that all civil engineering projects comply with applicable laws and standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver effective project outcomes.
• Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety standards.
• Prepare project documentation, including reports, proposals, and construction contracts.
• Manage project budgets and resources to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address project uncertainties.
• Identify and resolve any issues or problems that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities to obtain necessary permits and licenses for project execution.
• Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to prepare conceptual and detailed project plans.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or ability to obtain licensure preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering project management.
• Proficient in using CAD software and other engineering design tools.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, material properties, and structural analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
