Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations to assess project viability.
• Prepare detailed engineering designs, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and codes.
• Perform risk management and assess potential impacts of construction activities.
• Analyze survey reports, maps, and other data to plan projects effectively.
• Manage budgets, resources, and project schedules for optimal efficiency.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and government authorities for project approvals.
• Prepare and present reports, proposals, and status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with environmental guidelines and sustainability practices.
• Inspect project sites to monitor progress and adherence to design specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is mandatory.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or enrollment in an EIT program preferred.
• Minimum of three years of relevant work experience in civil engineering.
• Proficiency with CAD software and other engineering design tools required.
• Strong understanding of construction standards, laws, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
