Responsibilities

  • Document findings meticulously and prepare detailed reports for project stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to incorporate chemistry in broader projects.
  • Use advanced chemical instrumentation and techniques for research and testing purposes.
  • Engage in continuous education to stay updated with advancements in chemical sciences.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior scientists or lab technicians.
  • Analyze and interpret data to develop recommendations and solutions for problems.
  • Monitor inventory and procure necessary chemicals, materials, and equipment for labs.
  • Participate in peer reviews and contribute observed insights to comprehensive studies.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a closely related scientific field required.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in an industrial or research laboratory.
  • Strong knowledge of organic, inorganic, and analytical chemistry principles mandatory.
  • Proficiency in using modern instrumentation: chromatography, spectroscopy, and microscopy.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy in analyses.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for documenting and presenting results.
