Responsibilities

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team targets and performance metrics.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
  • Guide customers through the company’s processes for a seamless experience.
  • Update customer details and accounts accurately in the company database.
  • Provide feedback on recurring customer issues to improve service delivery.
  • Participate in regular training sessions for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with other team members to manage peak call periods efficiently.
  • Convey a positive company image on all customer interactions across different channels.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
