Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on the most suitable structure and jurisdiction for company setup.
  • Facilitate company registration processes with relevant government authorities and agencies.
  • Assist clients with the preparation and submission of legal documents and applications.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop strategic plans and solutions for business growth.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and provide competitive insights.
  • Help clients understand and comply with local, state, and international regulations.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance for resolving business setup challenges.
  • Liaise with legal, accounting, and banking partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a comprehensive client database and document client interactions for reference.
  • Deliver workshops and seminars about business establishment and expansion opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with stakeholders and partners.
  • Stay updated with regulatory changes and suggest policy adjustments to clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business consultancy, administrative services, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of legal requirements and procedures for business setups.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for client interactions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients with varying demands efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using business software and tools for research and documentation.
