We Are Hiring: Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with our lawyers to find new clients and business opportunities.
• Create and manage plans to reach out to potential clients and promote our services.
• Help prepare proposals, presentations, and support the team during client pitches.
• Set up and follow through on client meetings, events, and other relationship-building activities.
• Research the market and competitors to help us stay informed and plan ahead.
• Team up with marketing to make sure our message is clear and consistent everywhere.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in business development, ideally within a law firm or professional services setting.
• A good understanding of the legal market and how law firms operate.
• Someone who’s proactive, organised, and confident working with senior professionals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.
