For our client, a global player specialised in tire and wheel products and services, offering tire repair materials, wheel and tire supplies, service tools and equipments, we are looking for a Business Development Manager (m/f/d) for the Dubai market to further contribute to the company’s expansion.


Main responsibilities:

  • Gains a thorough understanding of the European, Middle East and African industrial marketplace.
  • Directs the development, implementation, and administration of the annual Products strategic sales plan to follow up objectives for sales bookings/revenue/market share and which are consistent with the annual sales plan.
  • Develops and manages sales operating budgets for Products in accordance with the annual sales plan.
  • Develops and implements the agreed distribution model for Products in Europe, Middle East and Africa, thus creating the foundation for increasing our market share.
  • Identifies and acquires new industrial customers including manufacturer’s representatives, industrial distributors, and end users (house accounts).
  • Prepares monthly reports showcasing sales performance, results of customer sales calls, new prospects called upon, etc.
  • Creates needed Company Products training materials. Creates industrial products training curriculum.
  • Develops and recommends product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to achieve the highest possible long-term market share.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
  • Monitors competitor products, sales, and marketing activities.
  • Align with TRC’s 4r vision and HILTI core values of Honor, Intelligence, Leadership, Teamwork, and Innovation.
