Tasks

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive business growth within the IT sector.


• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, focusing on understanding their needs for AI products and staffing solutions.


• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor proposals and presentations that effectively address client requirements and highlight offerings.


• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the software development and staffing industry.


• Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and fostering long-term partnerships.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.


• Proven experience of at least 3-5 years in IT sales or staffing/recruitment, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.


• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.


• Excellent understanding of AI products and the ability to effectively articulate their value proposition to potential clients.


• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategic sales plans.
