Your mission as a Business Development Manager at Einride will be to spearhead our ambitious expansion in the GCC, with a primary focus on the UAE and KSA.
You will
- Achieve ambitious commercial growth targets for new business within the GCC, focusing on the UAE and KSA.
- Strategically build and manage a robust sales pipeline, proactively identifying and pursuing new commercial ventures.
- Define and execute a compelling go-to-market strategy for prioritized verticals and strategic accounts, engaging senior executive leadership.
- Expertly negotiate and own the complete sales lifecycle, from initial opportunity identification and solution development through successful deployment.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, including Product, Operations, and Deployment.
We expect you to
Have a proven track record in complex B2B sales and bring your expertise in the GCC market, particularly UAE or KSA, to drive new customer acquisition and build strong client relationships.
- 5+ years of experience in consultative B2B sales, including 2+ years in new customer acquisition within UAE or KSA.
- Sales experience in supply chain/operations, retail, consumer goods, transportation, or industrial goods.
- Strong commercial acumen, self-motivation, excellent executive-level engagement, negotiation, and a history of exceeding targets.
- Exceptional English communication (Arabic proficiency is a significant plus).
