Job Description

The Business Development Manager for Construction Services plays a critical role in shaping the growth and success of our organization. This role requires an experienced professional with a proven ability to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the construction industry. Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all dealings.
  • Mentor and train junior staff to develop their skills in business development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in business development within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven track record of successful business development and client relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales management tools is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
