Job Description

A Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in the growth and expansion of an organization. This role involves identifying potential business opportunities by analyzing trends and market demands.   • Maintain a robust sales pipeline through diligent tracking and reporting of sales activities.
  • Develop proposals and deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Attend industry conferences and networking events to stay abreast of market developments.
  • Provide regular feedback to management regarding market changes and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business development role.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful growth strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
