Responsibilities

  • Monitor progress of business development activities, analyzing successes and areas for improvement.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to expand professional network and brand visibility.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and reports to senior management on sales activities.
  • Set and review key performance indicators to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
  • Guide and mentor junior business development staff, fostering their growth and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to evaluate markets and assess opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
