Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our company. Your primary goal will be to identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. You will act as a key liaison between potential clients and our organization, promoting and creating appealing proposals that meet their needs. Success in this role requires a combination of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage and inspire a team to achieve company objectives. You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, understanding competitors' activities, and leveraging this information to develop competitive strategies that increase our market share and revenue.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and potential partners.
  • Develop and implement strategies for expanding the company's market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive business proposals and presentations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with prospective partners and clients.
  • Ensure effective communication with clients to meet their needs and expectations.
  • Drive the business development team to hit and exceed set targets.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team regarding client needs.
  • Participate in industry functions, such as association events and conferences.
  • Report regularly on progress towards business development objectives and targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in business development or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and business strategy concepts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are crucial.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth initiatives.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events.
