Job Description

The Business Development Manager is a key player in driving growth and forging strategic partnerships within the organization. This role demands a proactive individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of identifying new business opportunities and transforming them into long-term valuable relationships. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for setting the direction for revenue growth, devising strategies for expanding the market, and supporting the advancement of new and existing products and services. Responsibilities

  • Engage in continuous learning to enhance knowledge of business development methodologies.
  • Report on business development activities and progress directly to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed business development targets consistently.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills are essential.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain successful business partnerships and relationships.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the capacity to interpret data and market trends.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
  • A proactive attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset are highly valued.
