We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Business Development Lead with 11 plus years of experience to spearhead revenue growth, client acquisition, and market expansion. This senior role demands a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a strong ability to build relationships, negotiate deals, and drive longterm business value.
You will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
11 plus years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, with a strong track record of closing high value deals.
Experience working in
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of enterprise sales processes.
Ability to build credibility and trust with C level executives and business leaders.
Experience working with CRM tools Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM and reporting dashboards
Develop and execute the business development strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and high-value leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, decision makers, and industry stakeholders.
Lead end to end sales cycles, including proposal development, negotiations, and deal closure.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align offerings with client needs.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Track and report key business development metrics, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts.
Mentor and support junior BD team members as the team grows. Experience with global sales and business development across regions (e.g., North America, EMEA, APAC).
Prior exposure to solution selling, consultative sales, or B2B enterprise sales.
Understanding of contract structuring, pricing models, and bid/RFP processes
