Job Description

About the Role:

We’re seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive with a proven track record in the Facility Management sector. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across our service portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business leads in commercial, residential, and government sectors
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to align service offerings with client needs
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs



Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development within Facility Management or Technical Services
  • Strong network across DxB real estate, corporate, or government sectors
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • DxB driving license preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
