Job Description

As the Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, develop, and nurture new business opportunities that align with our company's strategic objectives. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to contribute towards meeting business targets.
  • Monitor competitor activities and create counter-strategies to gain a competitive edge.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance visibility.
  • Regularly report on sales activities and pipeline forecasts to management.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members to build a strong development team.
  • Support the development and implementation of sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage client information and streamline communication efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar role.
  • Strong market knowledge with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively with diverse clientele.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
  • A result-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed set targets.
